    A: For daycare and home boarding, we recommend booking well in advance as spaces are limited. Treat subscription orders can be placed anytime.

  • Q: Can I meet you before booking?

    A: Of course! We offer a meet-and-greet session to ensure we're the right fit for your pet. For home boarding, we also offer a trial night if needed.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?
