Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel up to 7 days prior to booking commencing. After 7 days 50% of the booking will be refunded.

Invoices

All invoices will be sent as a deposit then a remainder. The deposit is 50% and due on arrival the remainder is due 14 days prior to the booking commencing. You will be sent reminders. Invoices that are overdue are subject to cancellation of the booking or future services will not be offered.

Vet Visits

If your pet requires a vet visit I will contact you prior to making a booking to discuss the issue.

You, as the owner agree to be responsible for all charges, not limited to, vet fees, extra vet fees and transportation.

You, as the owner agree to release Tini Pawz from any liability related to this vet visit/s.
