Cancellation Policy.
We know that life can be unpredictable, and plans might change. To ensure fairness for all of our wonderful customers and to maintain the quality care we provide at Tini Pawz, we’ve updated our cancellation policy. Here’s what you need to know:
More than 7 days before your booking: Full refund or full credit for future services.
3-7 days before your booking: 50% refund or 75% credit for future services.
Less than 3 days before your booking: No refund, but 50% credit for future services.
No-shows: No refund or credit unless a valid emergency is communicated.
This policy helps us plan and provide the best care for your pets while being fair to everyone.

Bookings
All bookings are now made through the Time To Pet App. Please book Daycare the week before the daycare week. All boarding bookings will be also taken through the Time To Pet app. A booking is not secured unless the deposit has been paid in advance.
Vet Visits
If your pet requires a vet visit I will contact you prior to making a booking to discuss the issue.
You, as the owner agree to be responsible for all charges, not limited to, vet fees, extra vet fees and transportation.
You, as the owner agree to release Tini Pawz from any liability related to this vet visit/s.
